Ashley W. Broyles, FNP-BC, is a “double” Duke graduate from James Madison University. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2009, she started her career off working in the surgical ICU at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. After three years, she moved back to her hometown of Richmond, VA to be with her family and now husband.
She has worked over five years at the bedside in the cardiothoracic surgical ICU at an area hospital. Additionally, she went back to school in 2014 with hopes to help patients similar to the numerous ICU patients she had cared for over the past eight years whom lacked in preventative care and education. She graduated with her Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2017.
Ashley originally joined Midlothian Family Practice in December 2017 and transfered to Cold Harbor Family Medicine in February 2023.
