Strom R. Carter, NP

Strom Carter, NP, is a native of Seattle, Washington. Strom joined the military in 2005, where he received his Nursing Degree, and served for 9 years. Strom came to Richmond in 2018 to work in Emergency Medicine at VCU and to obtain his graduate degree. Strom received his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from VCU in 2023. He is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Strom is a committed follower of Christ, husband and father to two kids. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, weight lifting, football, and being active at his church.

Strom joined Midlothian Medical Care in August 2023.
