Thomas M. Hubbard, MD, DDS, is a 1975 graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, a 1979 graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School and a 1988 graduate of the Medical College of Virginia. He completed an internship in Family Practice at the Medical College of Virginia and residency training in Family Practice in Blackstone, Virginia.
Dr. Hubbard has provided health care services in the Ashland community since 1991. He has served a part-time instructor in Family Medicine at the VCU School of Medicine. Dr. Hubbard is the co-founder of the Cornerstone Free Clinic in Aylett. Along with his wife, he also founded the Hanover Interfaith Free Clinics and now serves as the organization’s Medical Director. In 2009 and 2017, Dr. Hubbard was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award by the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians. He has been featured in Richmond Magazine for service to his community and recognized as a Distinguished Alumna of Randolph-Macon College.
