Andrew B. Hilldrup, D.O., is a native of Powhatan, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2009 with a B.S. in Biochemistry. Dr. Hilldrup later attended the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine – Virginia Campus in Blacksburg, Virginia and completed his residency in Family Practice in Roanoke, Virginia at Carilion Clinic. He practiced in Roanoke, VA prior to joining Midlothian Family Practice.
He has an interest in musculoskeletal health including sports medicine as well as performs various joint injections and minor in-office dermatologic procedures. In addition, he uses osteopathic manipulative medicine as one of his treatment modalities for his patients.
His wife, Kelley, is also a practicing physician and they have 3 sons. Dr. Hilldrup joined Midlothian Family Practice in September 2020.
