As an osteopathic family medicine physician, I am deeply committed to providing holistic healthcare by developing enduring partnerships with my patients. Through these relationships, I can help individuals with chronic illnesses and assist them as they work toward prevention in an effort to live a more fulfilling life. Eight years in the Air Force helped to strengthen my self-discipline and taught me to lead by example, maintaining a daily exercise routine, along with a healthy diet.

With over 10 years practicing primary care in the Richmond area, I have built longstanding relationships with many specialists as well as hospitalists.  My personalized family medicine practice is located in Midlothian, Virginia, and I serve patients from the Greater Richmond Metro area, as well as the surrounding counties of Chesterfield, Powhatan, Amelia, Goochland and Henrico.  I am a member of the medical staff at Chippenham Hospital and Johnston-Willis Hospital, as well as Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center, St Mary’s Hospital, and Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center.

As your personal primary care physician, I have particular interests in preventive care, musculoskeletal health/sports medicine, cardiovascular health, diabetes and chronic diseases.  My goal is to not only help with your longevity but also to maximize your healthspan.

My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medical practices. I also offer same-day or next-day appointments. I perform minor in-office surgical procedures and offer in office X-ray when indicated.
