Unfortunately, due to a system glitch, patients who have a zero balance on their account also received that email. Please disregard that email. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Please refer to the “Current Balance” listed on the patient portal when making a payment, as the “Statement Balance” may not reflect any payments made after the Bill Date.
